Welcome to OneSpark.events (“OneSpark,” “we,” “us”). OneSpark is an online directory that helps people planning weddings, quinceañeras, sweet 16s, and other celebrations (“Couples” or “users”) discover event vendors (“Vendors”) in the Wichita, Kansas area. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What OneSpark Is (and Isn’t)

OneSpark is a directory and discovery platform. We list Vendor businesses, their services, and their contact information so Couples can find and reach them.

OneSpark is not a party to any agreement between a Couple and a Vendor. We do not provide event services, take bookings on Vendors’ behalf, process payments between Couples and Vendors, or guarantee any Vendor’s work, pricing, availability, or conduct. Any contract you enter with a Vendor is strictly between you and that Vendor.

2. Using the Site

You may browse OneSpark for free. To access certain features (such as submitting a listing or leaving a review), you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account or listing;
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account;
  • Use the site only for lawful purposes related to planning events or offering event services.

You may not use the site to send spam, scrape or copy our content or listings in bulk, misrepresent your identity or business, post false reviews, or interfere with the site’s operation.

3. Vendor Listings

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, licensing, and contact details. By submitting a listing, a Vendor confirms that:

  • The information provided is truthful and current;
  • They have the right to use all photos and content they upload;
  • They will honor the services and terms described in their listing.

We may review, edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or inactive.

Verification. OneSpark may verify certain Vendor information (such as working links or business contact details). Verification means we checked specific details at a point in time — it is not an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any Vendor.

4. Vendor Plans and Payments

Some Vendor listings are free (such as our Founding Vendor plan); other plans or features may require payment. Prices, plan features, and promotional offers are described on our Pricing page and may change. Where paid plans exist:

  • Fees are billed as described at checkout;
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started;
  • We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods, not past ones.

5. Reviews and User Content

If you post reviews or other content, you agree it will be honest, based on your genuine experience, and free of unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material. You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant OneSpark a non-exclusive license to display it on the site. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Our Content

The OneSpark name, logo, site design, and original content belong to us. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without our written permission, except for normal personal use of the site.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that listings are error-free, that Vendors will perform as described, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Always do your own due diligence before hiring any Vendor — check reviews, ask for contracts, and confirm licensing or insurance where relevant.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneSpark is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from dealings between Couples and Vendors, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts or listings that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
